I'm Michelle, a neurodivergent Accredited Practising Dietitian with first hand experience in managing pre-diabetes, sensory sensitivities, PCOS, Coeliac disease and weight-related conditions. I use a neurodiversity-affirming and weight-neutral approach that focuses on improving health rather than dietary restrictions and work with peoples strengths and abilities to achieve your specific goals. In working together, you will gain knowledge on how nutrition affects your health, debunk myths and learn how to navigate grocery shopping and preparing quick, nutritious meals.
I have commenced further studies in eating disorders and continue to keep up to date with the latest evidence-based research in dietetics. On my days off, I also run a crystal and specimen retail business cats love crystals due to a keen interest in Mineralogy and the positive sensory experience for myself and other neurodivergent people.
